You know...with Square-Enix developing the PS4 remake of FF VII. You'd think they would also announce a PS4/Xbox One HD Remaster of Crises Core: Final Fantasy VII. But they didn't...why is this SE? But seriously, I would LOVE an HD remaster of, what many consider to be, one of the best games on PSP. I've never really played Crises Cire, myself but I've heard a lot of positive stuff about it. And I think an HD remaster of Crises Core would be nice for those that have never played the game and want to know the back story with Cloud and Zack Fair. I mean yeah FF VII does sort of explain about Zack but I mean in FULL detail. Especially if people want to know more about Zack Fair. I think it would be a great way to get people up to speed with the story of the FF VII series. Especially for the new gen gamers who never even had a PSP back in the day.SUre I do have a PSP that still works and could try to find a copy of the game on Amazon or something. But I'm sure SE ended production on the game years ago. And yeah, I know that there are cutscene compilations of the game's whole story on YouTube but it just doesn't compare to actually playing the game for yourself imho. They should honestly do what Naughty Dog did with the recently releases Uncharted: The Lost Legacy and perhaps maybe bundle it with your purchase of the FF VII remake (even if they do come in separate episodes which I find to be kinda dumb)?

He's infamous for this sort of thing, he's been in a bunch of high profile projects and made them too expensive to rerelease.

They should bundle a HD Remaster of Crisis Core and Dissidia 012, that would be awesome :].

Well porting a handheld game to a console doesn't cost a whole lot of money. So if they decide to make an HD remaster I'm sure it would take them maybe about a year to port it to consoles.

I'm not privy to the specifics. I can only assume an agreement was formed to use it unedited. That's a Disney thing too though. It has definitely been dealt with as of KHI.5+II.5, since it was released digitally. Considering CC was never released digitally I assume the contract with Gackt was more binding. An even bigger deal now because the PS4 requires a digital version of a game to be released.

Yeah. And that's why I want to play Crises Core. It's such a wonder gem of a game that shouldn't just stay n a dead console such as the PSP. SE remastered Type-0 HD and that was a PSP game. So they should do the same fro Crises Core.

I'm sure that eventually down the line, this will happen. Considering how popular a character Zack is in the Final Fantasy franchise, it's only a matter of time!
