My brother kept talking so much about the mangas I read and animes I watch that my mother now wants me to show her what's an anime and a manga. I can show her something like an anime opening, but I don't know which one to show! I know she won't accept anything like Bleach, Naruto, 07-GHOST, Wolf's Rain, Darker than Black, nothing. It'll be a disaster, anything that I show her she will say that is a bad influence and will forbid me o f watching. About the manga I can show a screenshot or something, but if she wants to read an edition or a page, them I'm in worse trouble.

 

I know it sounds stupid, but no one here knows my mother to say how she is. Anybody has a tip?

 

I have till lunch to decide what I'll do, is suicide a good option? jk.

For anime, just find a cutesy opening/ending and show it to her. (i.e. "Hetalia" or "Sailor Moon")

If she wants to read a whole manga, then do the same. (i.e. "Shugo Chara!")

 

But I know how you feel. My mom is always pestering me about how the mangas I read look "suggestive" (most of them are, but that's really beside the point. ) I just lie and tell her they aren't, and she just forgets about it. If she actually asked to read one of mine, or to watch an episode of an anime I like, I'd totally be screwed, lol.

There really isn't anything wrong with a KH manga or KH1 opening right? Its rated for children afterall. Go old school, digimon, pokemon, ..............maybe you can get away with FF1?

I'm not very keen on it anyway, and she would kill me if she knew I watch satanic animes (what I really do) she is very religious and tends to think I'm dealing with the devil and stuff like that.

The first opening of Bleach is actually pretty innocent.
