Paris is obvious since Disneyland Paris is in France plus all D23 Expos are mostly close to the resorts.

I think Paris or Berlin are the most likely

I choose the location of Paris, France, because it was D23 Expo have come for Europe as the location of Disneyland Paris, which it could be Celebrating the 25th anniversary of Disneyland Paris will be able continue to ends.

 

So, everyone knows about D23 Expo for every location of all over the world and I really want to see another new trailer for Kingdom Hearts 3, again and then, reveal the names of new world, like Toy Story World, Xenosaga World, Star Wars World, Big Hero 6 World, Fantasia World as "Symphony of Sorcery" and the others and reveal the release dates on 2018. And furthermore, Kairi IS become the playable character for the very first time, since she finally got wield the new keyblade on her own and Kairi are now become the last Guardians of Light.

It's 99% likely it would be in Disneyland Paris, but I voted for London. It would make it a hell of a lot easier for me

It would be cool if a D23 would be held in London. That way, it would be near Big Ben, where Sora and friends sealed the Keyhole to Neverland and battled the Phantom secret boss! I think it'd be neat!
