According to the Kingdom Hearts Universe, the storylines of Disney movies are NOT movies. They're things that happened in real life. So basically in the KH series Disney does NOT exist. 

 

But...... We have a toy story world. And we know that Lion King Exists as a movie in this world because....

 

 

So If The Lion King exists, then the Disney company exists meaning that Donald, Goofy, Mickey and all the characters Sora has met are exactly identical to the ones that Walt and the Disney corporation have made up. How is this all possible!!!!!!!

Better not to think about it too much. 

 

This is the same problem that the show "Once Upon A Time" has had, where the stories are actual stories in the "real world", but also true events in the multiverse that show takes place in. I haven't watched the current season, but I've always just assumed that creativity and the ability to tell stories is a link between realms. It's not something that would make, sense in any case.

Actually Disney does exist in the Kingdom Hearts universe. In the past (Birth by Sleep) there was a world call "Disney Town" which eventually becomes "Disney Castle" in the current timeline in the Kingdom Hearts universe. So Disney does exist.

In my opinion, Disney exist in the Kingdom Hearts universe. Whether if it's a person, place, corporation or name. It exist.

Well stephen king made it so that he himself exists in his own universe meaning everything he writes does actually haloen and he is some kind of receiver of cosmic information.
