I genuinely believe that the only ones that with be bosses are Gothel and Hans (if he appears) owing to their lack of combat present in their respective films.

 

However, I can see Heartless summoned by them. Similar to Frollo not being fought but  rather that Wargoyle.

 

I’d like to see a Clayton style boss with Hans and a Heartless, though.

I don't know how many Disney villain bosses we are gonna get honestly. The only ones I can imagine are Davy Jones (confirmed), Randall and of course Hades. Some of the other ones, like you said, would probably summon a heartless or something of that nature.

I think Mother Gothel will definitely be involved with the Heartless. It just seems like she's going to take advantage of their presence in the Kingdom of Corona. We''l obviously have Hades, Davy Jones, and Maleficent. I think it woudl be weird if Hans wasn't in Arendelle since he was the main villain of the film. I'm not really sure what will happen with Randall, since he seems so small to be a boss all on his own. At the same time though, his camouflage ability would probably make him somewhat formidable.

Gothel will absolutely be in kahoots with the heartless since the heartless are natuarally drawn to evil Characters. Question is if we will get the Chance to fight her physically the only way i see for this to work is if she uses magic. I would be bummed if she just summons a heartless and than the scene in the movie plays out. Hans i have no doubt that we will fight him him being talented with a sword and all

Honestly Randall I could always see as a Sabor like character .

I can kind of see Hans doing swordfight alongside a heartless if he appears, though it might be just Larxene and an ice and/or thunder related heartless/nobody. Maybe Larxene could trick Hans into duping Anna and Elsa so she could take Elsa? I dunno XD

I'm honestly surprised that we haven't seen Hans or gotten a render of him. Makes me wonder if he'll appear at all. It could always end up that Larxene is the big bad of Arendelle and takes Hans' place in manipulating Anna and Elsa against one another. I could actually see that quite easily. Appearing to Anna after her heart's been blasted by Elsa's ice and saying something like "See? I told you she was dangerous." and also convincing Elsa that Anna bringing Kristoff, Sven, Sora, Donald, Goofy along is Anna's attempt to get rid of Elsa for having her ice powers.

Now THAT is something I'd really like to see! I think some Disney bosses will just be summoned Heartless (Hans, Mother Gothel as you guys said) and others will be actual villains (Hades, Baymax, maybe Randall as some of you said). There will also be Organization members in the Disney worlds so maybe some cooperation between Disney villains and the Organization can happen...So we might get nobodies as bosses for Disney worlds as well.
