So, I tried my Starlight Keyblade code on the Xbox site & was perfectly able to redeem it. The picture below is a screenshot of my previous orders with it as proof.

PlayStation is currently not awarded the same luxury at this point in time, as I found out when I tried another code I got from playing the game on another device, but I didn't expect it to be, since the protocols are different between the companies, which is why Xbox got the preload almost 2 months before the official release date & PS4's getting it only 2 days before that date, January 29th. When the codes work for PS4, I'll update this thread with info on that.

Update: PS4 users are now able to redeem their codes.

Update 2: You can NOW redeem the codes fully. I just did & it fully went through.

That's good to know but now there is a post on KHInsider that says that the Starlight isn't UX exclusive but i can't find anything here

Does the playstaion code say code is nolonger valid when i tryed to punch in? This code making ne nervous dont want to play those games for another 4 to 5 hours...

The codes are now able to be redeemed. However, due to the international version not being out yet, they currently only can be redeemed in Japan, I believe. Wait till they're out over here to try. If not, it's just an early-unlock code. You unlock it in-game.

@Scsigs, it can only be redeemable from 29/1/2019 in PS4.

It’s going to show that until it’s actually live  the codes right now are just being picked up as valid code types associated with the Starlight Keyblade, but the codes will not work until the 29th as that is the scheduled release date.

They won't work for the Europe playstation codes tried mine and it said that the code was incorrect or it had been used

Wait a day or so more. They had an error for a few days over here where the keyblade itself would come up, but it would give an error saying, "This voucher is no longer active." I think it has to do with when Sony makes them active.

Just giving a heads up here for the Europe PlayStation codes they are finally active and in the UK we are under 24 hours till the release

I've already redeemed my Code for the Starlight Keyblade so i should be good to go.
