I guess the execution is what bothers me more

like playing through the entire end of the game again just to get the bonus stuff felt like firetrucking padding

I just didn't feel fulfilled when it was over

even for the little things that brought me joy like playing as Kairi and Roxas - which, IMO, should have been in the base game or at least a free update anyway

If you aren't a fan of the superbosses, then it's going to be a bit difficult to justify 30 dollars, understandable, but it is still a part of the package nontheless, and having 13+ new boss fights totally makes that $30 tag worth it

because that seems like the bulk of the value whereas I came for the story stuff

(which is what was advertised to be fair)

and that element of it was very underwhelming for me

and I should know underwhelming, I paid for Final Fantasy XV DLC

To be fair, they also advertised the Limit Cut boss fights as well

Yeah, for many of us who will take whatever KH content we can get, it was an instant get. But for others, it might have been a smart move to wait to be sure that the content was worth the price

it really depends on what you view as value in the DLC

personally the music and story was more important to me than the superbosses

I guess the amount of it that was present wasn't worth the price for me

I told my friend I'm spending $60 on the rhythm game and they called me a sucker and I was like "wanna know when I was REALLY a sucker..."

thing with MoM is that you're spending $60 for 140 songs which multiple diffs and replability if you're into that genre
which a lot of people dont know entirely about

most Rhythm games cost $20-30 but then have you buy DLC music packs to get more songs
but the original song count is like, 20-40 at most

yeah for a rhythm game, MoM provides a lot more value than most others of the genre

not to mention the level of customizability with the difficulty

tbh I love rhythm games, so I def think it's a good value. I'd spend $60 for less
