The sleeping realm theory was talking about the colour change, but it looks like Yellow is correct after all

I mean the light that killed Ansem in Kh1 was the light of the true kingdom hearts, and that definitely wasn't blue light.

The real reason the x blade was shattered: Because nobody liked how green it was

Although technically the moon doesn't emit it's own light, so you could say KH is closer to a star

A moon reflects the suns light so maybe, just MAYBE, the true form of Kingdom Hearts is so bright, it burns anything it touches.
