If a Dark Souls like online system should come to KH, then they should fix up the scaling first in the main game

Currently, you can beat the secret boss at ease when you are lvl 50

or putting a message at some point in the game and player who reach it later on can read all the message left by other players

they look at sky or sunset

to me they waiting for sora to fall from the sky as usual and saw a star falling or whatever

That's what I've been thinking, but no-one else seemed to say it

and Mup noticed that during a few frame we can even see the tree without Kairi or Sora

either an oversight or the scenes don't even happen at the same time

In the secret ending, we clearly see a hooded figure (some people are skeptical about it being the MoM, I'm very much convinced it is him) making a heart shape over the moon. He wants to make another Kingdom Hearts. I think that he needs Sora to do it, and that's why everything happened, to get Sora here to make another Kingdom Hearts. I believe this for a few reasons. 1. Soras keyblade is the kingdom key, the X-blade is made of two kingdom keys. Not a coincidence, soras keyblade matters for kingdom hearts (the place). 2. The name of the game Yozora is from can be translated to "True King" in latin I believe. I think that either alludes to Sora being the king of kingdom hearts or someone else is supposed to be (Riku? Kingdom Key was his first wasn't it... maybe, maybe not). 3. Sora is always shown sitting on a throne, wearing a crown, with a crown shaped necklace. Can't really get more signs than that.
