Value changes can sometimes be a lot bigger than one wold think, but... At most, i expect 3 gb. at minimum 1 gb.

because there's things to conisder here.. abilites may warrant more animations, or may warrant tweaking parts of the game to ensure the game reacts correctly to the new abilties... and if there really are AI tweaks, that, too, is another thhing that needs to have significant code and tweaks dedicated to it.. etc..
