The thing I did for the big fish was just move along his side. He seems to miss with everything but the lightning bombs

Also I do agree with some boss hitboxes. Lump of Horrors charge has an insane hitbox

Even if you are above him he can hit you

But on the bright side his charge is the best attack to bait

Well yeah but if you are jumping out of the way or just finished an animation it will hit you

Blocking him works but the counterattack is pitiful for some reason

It's not always going to be a case that you are in a favourable position to block it and I think blocking on the ground is the best way to do it because you can then reprisal into him and attack him to bait out another charge

The reprisal does nothing yeah

Except give you I frames when he does the fire breath at the end

I blocked all the dashes and the fire breath, but the reprisal for the fire breath is poor, oh well

I seem to be in the minority who likes the DM because I felt much safer during it

I blocked reprisal kicked and just started comboing him till he did it again

The DM was a pain

in the ass

Never felt safe because he would spam me into a corner with his attack and I couldn't do anything if the flames went for me

So I just used a link

Airstep can indeed be useful, except on Ansem who teleports away from me every time

ansem knows what you trying to do

Legit there was a moment where he just started teleporting randomly about 10 times, it was very strange

Why doesn't Sora just airstep to Kairi or Xehanort before he attacks her
