Well, canonically he kept meeting them a few times in KH1

Remember Nova, Radiant Garden's plot is done. That means you can't write new plots for it

Personally as a reader, I much prefer the side characters in Harry Potter, but obviously I can only see as much of them as Harry himself interacts, and Harry is lore connected to Sirius Black than Remus Lupin
