That's why I prefer the worlds with the original plots

Which in KH3 were 3 worlds and a half

Although I do think the Pirates 3 retelling was pretty good as far as they go

This doesn't sound very buildy to me

what I really want to see in KH. Add 1 world that is the complete movie and really good with an insane high quality that is equal to the quality of the movie and the other worlds just disney worlds or original worlds with an original story

Hmm, you see, this is where things get complicated

I want treasure planet and Vaan, in addition to all of the mainstays established in KH1&2

but then ppl will complain why the other worlds aren't as good as the movie world in terms of quality

People love to see the Disney worlds being retold with the Kingdom Hearts elements inserted

Honestly I have little faith now

But then Disney gets overprotective and doesn't let Nomura and his team do what they want

Like before KH3 I would get excited at the prospect of what SE could potentially do with a film like Atlantis

So we get a retelling that feels like we're watching the movie* rather than *playing through it

But seeing them now... Nah...

There wasn't really an element that tied a world to KH very well

if the new kh team improves all the stuff that wasn't good in kh3 the next game is gonna be awesome

An offhand comment here and there but nothing drastic enough to change the film which is a little sad

And even with the worlds with original plots, the same principle applies

my biggest fear is they are going back to bbs/ddd quality

Like Monstropolis not having a Randall boss fight even though he is there

Remember the involvement with Wonderland back in KH1?

Yeah that was a big Didney moment as Goldy would say

I LOVE Wonderland

That was pretty cool in comparison to say Frozen where you just go up a mountain to see plot
