If we go that route then interactions between characters are meaningless on the whole and that's why KH3 feels so sterile of any emotion

One difference between Days and KH3 now, that scene didn't use any voice acting

So it's easier to add dialogue like that with it

Most of that sort of dialogue in KH3 is trinity trio stuff, which is why they are so highly regarded in it
