I've been thinking about KH3 being a soft reboot entirely made to appeal to a newer crowd

Because i would say kh1 and kh2 had an overabundance of disney

And I'm feeling sick so I'm gonna have to take a break

If that was the goal, then I am worried about the future of this series, honestly

So maybe kh3 is trying to return the series to its roots.

Except KH1 and KH2 had actual non-Disney stuff to compensate

KH3 is far from a soft reboot

But hey, that's just a theory.

A GAME theory!

If it was, it would have dismissed everything previously and started fresh

It takes 3 hours in KH2 for you to actually interact with a Disney character

The ending did made it seem like it's a soft reboot of some kind

But not KH3 itself

In KH1 it's quicker, Donald and Goofy appear early on

No, I mean, look at the complete absence of FF
