Well no because kh1 established that the castle in 1 was just a corrupted version of the place Leon and the others remember as the main castle

I always found it a little disappointing we never go in the second castle

Kh3 uses the bbs gradient garden

They somehow rebuilt in a short space of time

Yeah and when they land in Hollow Bastion in 2 they instantly recognise it as Hollow Bastion upon seeing Ansem's castle

That's why we had the restoration committee in 2

Technically that castle is both. The one in KH2 is all torn apart and corrupted

And town

you can see in that picture in 2, they are taking all the corrupted bronze heartless pipes off of it

Interestingly in in 3 the battlements at the top are a little different from BBs

They made an upgrade

Kinda looks like the ones on Daybreak Town

The thing on top of the castle in RG reminds me of Scala

They have those things on top of their buildings
