tbh I think the overall gameplay experience is still great. But that's because I didn't expect this game to be as good as 2FM bc it's impossible to improve a game that is perfect regarding gameplay

it would mean something if enemies had weaknesses in KH3, but nah

There's too much on the situation command imo too, there's not a lot that you can actually choose to use without filling that gauge up.
It can be problematic when too much is attached to one system. This goes for many games

like I think 2 enemies require a select magic to beat

This is what I agree with the most, I'd definitely make team attacks be usable from a second menu page like in KH2

the weakness for most enemies is fire so there is no point

and they got rid of situation commands for more triangle free damage attacks that you dont really earn LOL

Situation commands are worse than reaction commands tbh
