That was a fun read

One Piece has my favorite anime soundtrack ever

Kouhei Tanaka is a genius

each song perfectly captures each characters personality

He composed so many songs and all of them are perfect at eliciting the mood they want you to feel

"I'm Becoming the King of Pirates" is one of the best pieces of music I've ever heard, it's just glorious

I just wish they would let him, or even someone else, compose some new stuff that actually fits the scenes

There are a few new ones

But so many old ones are used in the wrong places nowadays it just ruins the moment instead

I never got that impression

The was never a song I felt was used out of place

Maybe it's just me being excited to hear some old gems again

Though I'd say that Mezase One Piece! was a tad too much to be used at the end of FMI, but aside from that I never felt that.

Maybe it's because I have rewatched the anime a few times, so noticed that there aren't that many new ones in the newer arcs

Felt like if they made something new it would fit there a lot better

Also the fact that they still have the same damn sound effects

They should really get some new ones
