apparently Light found a way to mainfest a successor or some shit

its called light up the new world

it was pretty bad but people in japan liked it

Light and Misa have a son who got the Death Note and killed ppl, but then deleted his memories. Years later he started to work for the police and then they had to deal with new death notes. another guy tried to collect all 6 but the police killed him. then he got one of the death notes and got his memories back, but L's successor already knew that he was light yagamis son due to research. And the ending was really weird, L's successor died because he made himself immune to the death note like the original L by writing his name into the note. And then Lights son became the new L
