whats the alternaitove way to cook meat on a bbq

Well you can do it in a pan on the stove or in the oven

Yea well typically how I do it, get the pan nice and hot. While the pan is heating up you can season the raw chicken (is it already thawed out as well?) salt and pepper and whatever other seasoning you think you want on it. I like to put some garlic powder, paprika, any other spices I just want to experiment with. And then flip it over and season the other side

And then put some olive or vegetable oil into the pan.

And then lay your chicken in easy as that

If you have some thyme and rosemary that is great to put into the pan!

Just lay a branch of it in there

And put some butter into the pan. Then you baste it over the chicken. (Basically tilt the pan towards you and use a spoon to just scoop up the melted butter and pour it over the chicken

Regardless if you have any thyme or rosemary. Butter basting is a good option for pan frying. It keeps the chicken super moist

And it will make the flavor absorb all the way through
