I now have no urge to play sonic again

Next game is probably going to be revealed this year

I'm not even a fan of mania, but how do you follow up on that with this

Speaking of Sonic, I should probably play Mania again before my PS+ subscription run out

It's kinda funny

Because the way this game was advertised made mania seem like an appetizer for this

I didn't get that feeling at all tbh

If anything it came across as a Generations follow up

Mania is pretty cool, I really enjoy it (even though it’s pretty hard)

Though you could say that Forces is a follow up to Mania in terms of story

The phantom ruby nonsense made it come off that way to me

But really, that doesn't mean anything

Classic sonic's stages felt considerably worse to me in this

The jumping also felt like it wasn't tested

aka the gameplay of an average sonic game

Don't recall generations or unleashed feeling this bad
