I mean while we don't know if there's zero cases, China wouldn't be relaxing measures substantially if there wasn't some truth to the numbers

Yes the government behaved extremely shittily at the start of this and allowed the pandemic to occur, once they realised how devastating it was they did take action

Like I said, they wouldn't relax measures as much as they have if the numbers hadn't gone down dramatically

People from Lombardy who were carriers of the virus fled to their homes in the rest of the country and spread it there
