I don't remember the combat of the first but the second one everything built upon itself which things are weird at first but I remember they got pretty simple as it got on

2's felt far easier to understand to me

and xenoblade 2's combat is so well balanced that a certain party member is absolutely useless in endgame

so almost every big enemy was like half an hour fight

i should've looked up tutorials online

when you would do a level 4 and then an orb of the element would fly around them

i never understood how to do the quest where you get the portable forge

i don't remember that one

you know the forge where you make the crystals

you get a portable one from doing a quest, never understood it

putting something like that behind a quest is also pretty not smart imo but eh

i was bad at it all anyway
