I liked it more in the original

guns weren't supposed to do damage in the original, their purpose was to stagger flying enemies. and now that it's gone it made a lot of mobfights way easier

I agree on that but guns felt way too underutilized in the original for you being able to buy new ones and all

This isn't an ideal fix but I prefer it over the original at least
