started out this interesting thing, rough-looking bf who's actually mad nice, then actually rough gf who is nice but is also mad dom

that was cool, obv not sustainable just as that so it changed it up, guy looks different and stuff, but they use a bunch of elements and it seems heartwarming and good enough

But eventually it just became too episodic, had no real draw or direction to it. When it tried to start up a new meaningful arc, it just didn't hit the same
