Yes no shit lol but what I’m getting at is like regardless of how much of it there is, if most of it is dialogue based just cutscene type stuff, how much of actual new areas, animations, characters, and what not are we talking about?

entirely new in every way basically

new dungeon, longest in the game. New storyline, new characters introduced and elaborated on, new dynamics, different setting technically

and bosses have new mechanics on merciless

nah not really

well, for p4 i felt that way

because the additions in p4 golden felt pretty minimal and tacked on

but p5 royal honestly feels like a brand new game with the gameplay, story and everything else

But do you overall like it more?

it feels like a bit much to expect this from a first release

my only criticism about royal is no gay love options

especially since the story overall is like near 200 hours which is insane

I like it more yeah, but my time with og was awesome

i do not at all regret playing the original

So then from my outsiders perspective it just feels like they make the base game in order to fund a more fulfilling version lol

i'm glad I did cuz I can detect the changes and improvements in royal as well, it's nice
