What beckons thee, Quidsy?

And hi, Slash

I woke up early to eat before fasting ?

Hopefully, it helps you pasta time.

A full month after Rehydrated

We are going back in the past this summer boys and gals

THQ, we need more remakes

Mainly The Spongebob Squarepants Movie and Nicktoons Unite

Imo backwards compatibility was the better option, although I don't mind a SpongeBob game being remade, since they're currently really really hard to find

I won't riot until they remake kingdom hearts with live action remakes

if they remastered the movie game, I'd rather them remake it

it's a really good fun game, but idk I always felt it was lacking something comparatively to bfbb

I would have loved to play the SpongeBob movie game, but even with emulators it's quite hard (if only I had a better pc)

I was really in the mood to play bfbb a while ago, because with rehydrated coming out and getting more into watching people like Shift who speedrun the game I just wanted to play it again

but im too sketched out by emulators in general lol

and I couldn't find my gamecube wires

remakes are always such a weird concept

you take a cutting edge game for the current times

wait 20 years

re make that same concept within the cutting edge of the current days

I'm curious if in another 20 years or whatever we're going to see a remake of a remake

because we're still relatively early within the life of video games

Imo they are some of the time (but not all the time, ducktales is good imo) the same movie but they lost what made them so special, people absolutely lose their shit about it by excitement and then they forgot them immediately after they saw it

Also, hot take: Cats is infinitely more interesting than lion king 19

I mean conceptually speaking lion king is just lions being lions

It isn't hard to beat that lol

Well they're already re-remaking Cinderella, and that's the only time I'm ever gonna talk about that movie (the remakes, the original will always be timeless unless 1984 becomes reality or something)

Yeah it's just kinda weird cause like if you were to remake a game now in ue4, on the front lines of games, and you have KH1 remake. The intent is to bring it to current audiences with current technologies

But say another 20 years passes and you want to bring KH1 to current audiences with current technology. It's just a weird concept to me that we decide that we want to do that for a game even once, because theres nothing saying we can't do it again. And by 2060 we have kh1remakeremake

But one of these days I should probably watch cinderella and stuff

Not a whole lot of old disney movies I watched

I remember watching alice in wonderland and just not getting the following behind it

I dunno, I will probably have quit every form of media by 2030 if they keep butchering all of our classics and replace them with tofu
