I had a customer who asked me if they had any frozen duvets. I said no we dont have any currently. She then asked me again and I was like 'are you looking for character duvets?'. To which she responded 'do you have duvets....(agressively points towards a frozen wall art) in FROZEN' ......A bit taken aback because of how rude she was and then I was like 'no we dont have any currently.' She kind of backed away after that because i think she saw how my eyes reacted to the tone she gave me
