I would think it's fair that they need to kind of show you them morr

Instead of leaving them as blood signs or whatever in the ground

Like when I play blood-borne and I got my face smashed in a million times I was probably one of the most fun games ever played

But DS1 especially leaves a lot in the places where you are meant to use them

nocturne, digital devil saga, devil survivor overclocked, and soul hackers made no sense to me mechanically really
