It's very much a exploration Focus game there is a story to be found but it's not the main focus the title breath of the wild was choosen chosen because the world was the focus

botw is a very pretty game

I sadly hated the exploration

Believe me, I followed the game's hype cycle as much as I followed KH3's

There was barely anything worth finding in the game

So I followed the news around it for years but ended up not playing when it came out

genshin impact is the open world game im really wanting rn faster combat and co-op through the world itself

I wish I felt that, Ice. But when I played it, it just felt like a huge chore to get through. The stamina bar is annoying, the weapon degradation is absolutely horrible. There are some neat ways to use your weapons but other than there wasn't much to it. The copy/paste of the dungeon lay outs was even worse.

I think it's a you like it or hate it kind of thing

I often find myself not really a fan of open world games but there's something about BotW that I find appealing

if the rewards were actually good, I would be fine with it
