I have bad summertime lungs so allergies kill me and every breath doesn't feel quite like a breath

So i have an inhaler, I take it every day, solves the problem
But then im like, wow I'm doing better now i don't need this thing anymore

two-three days pass

back on the inhaler again

Why does this happen? ?
at least you have your inhaler just in case you need it. but it sucks you gotta take it so often.
