I think the problem isn't really the cops themselves. But importantly the system that protects them

the system is built that way

I'm a big supporter of unions, we wouldn't have a lot of things without them, but from what I understand the police union in America protects the police too much

those things get passed down to each new cops

it becomes normal

Ironic, considering other unions are really weak

and before u know it most of them are abusing it

Obviously you can't fire them all and start again

The problem is the people in congress

But at the least you can make cop training a lot harder

yeah you can't just delete the police

Right now it's something like 6 months of training, all you need is a high school degree

cop training in germany is 3 years

Which is silly, it should be harder standards
