Thank god I have a week of spring break

This is my last week before spring break

wonder if companies are giving up trying to use their own stores

hopefully this blizzard extends break a bit

It's weird. Microsoft is making some strange moves

Epic games store is causing all sorts of controversy though

i know MS gets alot of hate

for no reason

but i think theyre making big moves

They are

Like the game pass on switch

They're going in a new direction it seems

like... theyre being very consumer friendly then the PS fanboys come out the woodworks and attack them for.... being consumer friendly

Most of the hate they get is because of the exclusives

At least, from what I have noticed

they deserved hate for keeping tomb raider esclusive for a year

This seems to be their way of dealing with the exclusive thing, by trying to become a platform for games rather than just a console with lame exclusive games

Rather than fight Sony through exclusives, a fight they can't win. They are doing something else

ive never agreed with exclusiveity anyway

Well, it is a lack of exclusives if they can't make them memorable

Halo and Forza I think it was aside, there haven't been many that have come out that people still talk about

Crackdown ended up bad, the time travel one didn't get much talk

Sunset is so dope

Still, sony seems to hold the cards when it comes to exclusives

Microsoft is definitely focusing on exclusives now tho

maybe its a bais or something but to me xbox lacks rpgs of the kind i care about which is why idc for it

They have bought a few new studios, including the folks who made Hellblade

also people need to sto sayig "Xbox exclyusive"
