Sony cancelling their PS5 event I get. They don't want to take away the attention of recent events.

Rockstar is not same here. All this is gonna do is annoy players of these online games, either that or they'll just play something else. It's only 2 hours.

2 hours is all they can spare

Playstation most likely did it to get more coverage whenever they do it in the future and get some goodwill out of people by delaying it, which makes sense from a PR standpoint

But shutting down online for 2 hours does absolutely nothing other than to get people annoyed
