also the internships I did as a graphics designer sucked, I never got to do anything

So I got to get some really good experience along with a pay

There are good internships, sure. But when it comes to design it’s pretty shitty

Started with 40% of what a normal worked had and went up by 10% after 6 months

Although the last 6 months was 80%

Honestly it’s a hard situation.. like some people want experience.. for your experience..

I got my recent job with 6 years experience

But I got quite lucky, after college I got right into a job in my field! I never had an internship

I graduated a year ago and haven't applied to a job in my field yet

because I didn't feel comfident enough I'd be good for the job
