I'm trying to use Photoshop Online and it has most of the tools normal Photoshop has, the difference being that they don't work half the time

I'm using Chrome, by all accounts it should be the most compatible one

I tried using that program Liftea recommended, Krita, but unfortunately it has none of the tools I want
