ive never cared until recently but i havent done anything about it just yet lol

just gotta start out slow and small! add a few friuts and veggies, find a non soda drink you like

honestly when i did dieting, the first 3 weeks were the worst, after that it was smooth sailing

I really like v8 smoothies as a kind of treat drink

ive always had high metabolism so i never cared but i know its unhealthy still

My thing is that it's really hard for me to lose weight but I can't gain it either. I'm pretty much stuck at where I am

and now with covid

i cant even get back to it even if i wanted

my cholesterol what kinda high when i went for my physical last week

i did spend a year working out to gain weight a while back but got too busy to continue and lost it all basically

back to where ive been for like 12 years now

it was kinda a wake up call to start watching what im eating

im only 22

so it can be turned around
