but yeah, pain meds are typically fine up to a year or so

at which point you might as well have bought a new batch

I'd ask about hayfever tablets but no medication ever seems to cure it

you can sometimes do it with Expectorants or Antihistamines but ehhh better to just keep an eye on the date
I took 4 month old Antihistamines once and it worked out pretty fine and nothing bad happened
