There were rumors that Tobey finally signed his deal a few weeks ago, and Andrew has for a good long while probably before filming started. And with marketing having started this month this seems like the perfect coincidence to take place.

Its only a matter of time before true confirmation about it

they should recast tobey just have another spiderman recast. there has been so many by now anyways, what's one more?
