Same thing happened to me

So I tend to work with software like FL Studio for the main part

My dad has a Korg Kaossilator Pro+ which I play with sometimes

Its so satisfying to figure out a math problem sometimes ya know

I was doing college math during my last year of highschool, and then i felt stupid cause i dont remember how to do improper square roots

I have a Roland JD-Xi

Same, I was in an AP Calc class my senior year that got messed up thanks to covid

didn't help that I switched out to a music theory class

I’ve been using it as a MIDI controller for FL Studio lately

It is a good synth for house and trance though

I couldn't do art my senior year and i got very sad

Awh damn

Because i had to make up classes I didn't pass my junior year

This is my dad’s Kaossilator

It’s good for beat making

Yeah my senior year I just took a bunch of music classes, like 2 concert band classes, IB music and I switched into Music theory 2nd semester, was a great time

My dad likes to use the effects from it for his mixes

The last mixes he did were two short house mixes

My dad also has two CDJ’s for his decks

But he wants a new record player for his old trance and drum and bass vinyls

So he can mix them again

He even borrowed my Clubland CD’s for a mix once
