Some sites and services are mandating 2FA and people always bitch about it

It'd be nicer if e-mail could back it up. A friend of mine didn't have access to her codes or the authy app, so she got locked out of her account.

A common authenticator I use for clients is OTAC (one-time authorization code via cell phone text).

It's not a hit w/ the older people, which sometimes have other security options.

And tokens often take a day to be reset/usable after being updated.
