Maybe I'm biased because I'm autistic and I rarely generalize people, but I've never understood the purpose of grouping people together. We are all unique, even from a biological perspective, yet there are millions upon millions of people who think that their one specific identity can be applied to everyone. And like...what's the point? What is the use of conforming, of fitting in? Just because I happen to occupy the same space as someone else, that doesn't mean I want to become them or vice versa.

I don't think it's that black and white- no one's saying you have to conform but you don't have to be isolated either- celebrate our differences ya know?
