KH 2 (Steam version) is very laggy and sluggy. I have tried to change all options. I have set in windows the "grapic performance preference" to high performance which did not make any difference.

When i was playing KH2 on epic games, everything was fine (settings: FPS uncapped, DISPLAY Borderless Window, no V-Sync)

what's your graphics card, ram, and cpu?
