I think sometimes, they check to see if we're paying attention b/c many questions seem like the same questions. Perhaps on the agree-disagree scales, the redundant questions like that are done to check for consistency.

Must also have 2+ years of experience in industry

^That is literally how animation companies are in what they want

It's so freakin frustrating

My dad says that many times they just keep that position there as a ghost position to avoid lawsuits
