Take time to implement an actual solution instead of band-aiding the issue while compromising many players' experiences

Well, here's something to consider.. One, game is still playable. Doesn't suddenly become unplayable just because they limit FPS to 90 now. Two, most of the player base doesn't have a monitor that goes over 60 Hz or even goes above 90 fps to begin with.. This doesn't compromise that many people's experieinced when compared to the majority, and while it probably sucks that people's hardware doesn't get to be fully ultlized, I think this solution is good as it'll be for right now

Considering people could skip zones while Out of bounds..

what could they do while OoB?

Sure, but why not take time to develop an actual solution? It's a big game with a big team behind it, surely they could afford to fix the issue instead of band-aiding it

Obviously, a proper solution is better.. but besides that, Esto.. A proper solution would actually take way more time to develope than this solution

Because the game is kinda built off of a lot of legacy code to begin with

A framerate cap isnt the end of the world

They'd have to dump the current framework, all that legacy code, and do it all over

@Pachirisu_1551552076 its not a problem, but its 2019 and 144Hz or above is becoming standard, alot of people are used to 144+ so locking it to 90 is gonna be painful for alot of people.

See why it's not as simple as "Oh, just make the solution"
