That aside though, the problem with motion captures, with what you're menitoning, i that they're getting people who can't act out to do it

look at any ingame cutscenes

they obviously motion captured and put it in game without fixing it up or anything to make it look good

oh, if you meant the actual in-game, some of it looks alright, but a lot of it is pretty meh, yeah

Yeah, these motions aren't that bad in some of the cutscenes

Silent Hill is another franchise I desperately want to play

don't worry, you'll play it in another 10 years from now

Yeah play the first 3 if you can. And maybe shattered memories...Controls and graphics can be a bit dated especially for sh1

I think MGS1 was one of the first few games that actually took voice acting seriously

after but SH1 consisted of a team of people who didnt do well on their last project and basically left to their own devices after Konami decided to give up on the idea of a Blockbuster horror game to match resident evil
