yeah there is always some weird emulator but they generally only work for 3 games and not that well

Although in good news, the 3DS and Wii U Emulator have gotten a lot better

PS3 is also really stable now and the 360 one is slowly climbing

The 3DS one needs to change some things in its coding though..
