Let's say you're only E+ rank on one of those.. you've only a 63% for the exam to succeed

well, see, that's the thing... anyone can pick up a sword or magic in the game

No one is locked from other combat options

So there's no neutering or ineffeciency

Sticking with a class,however, does give you skills that would give that unit a better effectiveness with the weapon @Inçendyne

Let's say I give Edelgard figher class... once she's 100% good at that class, she'll gain a skill that gives her +5 Strength with all Axes
