Haha yeah well, that's what happens when they don't get the blood flow they need and can't move

But basically the way I understand it given my knowledge, which is extremely limited mind you,
Is that you basically somehow cut the nerves that allow for your foot to have motor control and as a reaction your feet rolled up to block blood from flowing into them

Or at least, keep a minimal flow so you don't need to chop it off as you would with frostbite

That.. Idk how easy or hard it would be to fix

But given that it's been 5 years? I'm gonna guess the latter
