A while ago, he was an a$$hole to us about how early we could set out the trash before the garbage trucks came the next morning b/c he wanted to be the first to set them out until he changed to setting his trash out later and not giving a damn.

Well minor is any kid basically under the age of 18 here

they both smart enough to know what they are doing

But the 19 y/o is probably gonna be more mature

also, since they know they won't get punished like adults, they go harder

here in france, they use minors to do crimes and shit

Well thats..debatable tbh. I mean sure but quite a few of these incidents have been 13 - 15 yr olds and even then its still kind of sad to see a rise in people under 20 being on the news for very major crimes

like in us movies where kids spy for drug dealers

well if you share the feelings of another then its empathy

Empathy is when you feel bad for others bc you’ve experienced it yourself

Empathy is more like relating to the situation to understand better.
